Every full-service project begins with a free discovery call — a short conversation to understand the project, the property, and what the client is hoping for. From there, the studio prepares a tailored proposal with scope, fees, and timeline. The work proceeds in clear stages, with regular check-ins, transparent communication, and a single point of contact from the first call to the final styling visit.
